BIOGRAPHY:
.comecloser. formed in early 2001 in ravensburg/south germany as a side project, but the members had already played in various other bands like bones called man, blindspot a.d. or regret. Soon they released a mini cd called »diversity declines« on the berlin based label superhero records, this record got a lot of good response from the listeners. after this release .comecloser. played live as much as possible, including 3 tours which lead them through 8 european countries, shared the stage with a lot of other european bands but also with some big u.s. names. After a lot of live appearance they hit the studio in autumn 2004 again to record their debut full length called »is life worth to die for« which will be release in early 2005 by circulation records. These 10 songs are a great devolopment of what the mcd had to offer. Hard-riffin mosh parts meet sweet melodies, screaming changes into singing, happiness into sadness just combine the heavyness of metal with the brilliant melody lines of emocore. This music can't be fit in any mould, descibe it as emotional hardcore - but too emo for hardcore and too hard for emo.
