ACXDC, Anti-Christ Demon Core, is a band formed almost a year ago, which was suggested by
guitarist (Pablo Ortiz, former master of the custodial arts), to drummer (J.C. Solis,
former oldschool gang member), to be formed. J.C. was then introduced and acquainted with
vocalist (Sergio Amalfitano, former bisexual rich crustie), and bassist (Jeff Aldape,
former white guy). The band automatically had chemistry with one another. Each member
felt a sense of a unity with the band, and each member knew the band would go places. Or
die trying. Although each member is either Atheist, Christian, or Catholic, none of the
members are Anti-Christ. Or are they? ACXDC is recently working on a 7-inch soon to come
out, and is playing shows with the homies. One of ACXDC's highlight moments was the honor
of playing at the smell, with former straight-edge thrash band "Vitamin X". no one
thrashes like acxdc thrashes.
There is actually a good powerviolence band in Socal and they are called Anti-Christ
Demon Core. Heavy grind riffs with lightning-fast blasts are met with impeccable highs
and bellowing lows to create the unique ACxDC sound. They mix powerviolence and grind
finding similarities among bands such as Fuck on the Beach, Shank and Unruh, but never
really sounding like any of them. Brutal.
